AlfaNum team presented the most recent version of the speech synthesizer for Croatian at the MeetUP event, organized by the company "Radilica" and Contact Center Academy in Zagreb. The event was held at the art centre Lauba, and it gathered more than 70 executive officers and supervisors of contact centres in the region. The last MeetUP of the year was opened by the speaking machine – AlfaNum speech synthesizer, which clearly demonstrated how new technological achievements can improve the work in contact centres.
