The company Speech Morphing Inc. from Campbell, California, and AlfaNum Ltd. sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

Since the very beginning of AlfaNum's cooperation with SMI, both sides have expressed their wish to establish a tighter, long-term cooperation and to develop a partnership instead of a client vendor relationship. As both sides considered this to be beneficial to them, after several months of negotiations, on May 6th 2016 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed.

In the following period both sides will cooperate on further development of speech technologies for the world market, as well as commercial and academic branding of both SMI and AlfaNum
